Democratic Party still undecided on its coalition partner

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - No decision has been taken on coaltion partner by the current ruling party, Democratic Party.

Participant of the party's presidential convention, Dino Patti Djalal, said there some requirements to build  coalition with the party. 

"Our coalition partner must have commitment to continue Yudhoyono's program," Djalal said on Monday, referring to Democratic Party's patron leader, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. 

Djalal praised Yudhoyono for stabilizing this country amid global uncertainty due to conflict in some countries like Syria, Egypt, and Thailand. While Indonesia's economic continue to grow at six percent and became the second largest in Asia, after China. 

Djalal believes that Democratic Party still has influence in presidential election as Yudhoyono's approval rating is still at 60 percent.
