Eleven Indonesian police chiefs transferred

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Indonesian police trasferred 11 Indonesian police chiefs as part of large scale police mutation. Indonesian police spokesman, Brig Pol Boy Rafli Amar confirmed the transfer on Sunday.

"I confirm, there is a police transfer, some gets promotion while some other are for refreshment," Amar said on Sunday.

The eleven transferred police chiefs are police chief of West Java, Central Java, East Java, North Sumatra, Riau, Riau Island, Jambi, Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, and North Sulawesi. Insp Gen of Police Tubagus Anis Angkawidjaja as police chief of West Java was replaced by Insp Gen Suhardi Alius who previously served as Head of Indonesian Police Public Relations. 

Second, Police chief of Central Java Insp Gen Didiek Sutomo Triwidodo was replaced by Insp Gen Dwi Priyatno who had served as sociopolitical expert staff of Chief of Police.
