S. Korea awards Gwanghwa Medal to Hatta

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – South Korea awarded Coordinating Minister of Economy Hatta Rajasa with the Order of Diplomatic Service Merit Gwanghwa Medal. The medal was awarded for his contribution to the increasing of bilateral relationship between South Korea and Indonesia.

"It is an honour for me," Hatta Rajasa said on Friday during the conferment of Gwanghwa Medal in Jakarta. The award was given by South Korea Ambassador to Indonesia, Kim Young-Sun.

Rajasa said the achievement was not only for him, but also for every stakeholder in economic sector that put their efforts to increase the partnership with South Korea. He promised to work harder for better partnership.

Young-Sun congratuled Rajasa for the award. He expected the bilateral relationship to grow in the future.
