REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) seeks new partner to launch its satellite following launch failure of Telkom-3 Satellite on the early August. The satellite went missing shortly after taking off using Russian rocket from the Russian cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.

"We are looking for the best," the Vice Director of Telkom, Indra Utoyo, said on Wednesday.

He said that Telkom regretted the missing of Telkom satellite. "If only the satellite were not missing, we could start operating in December," he said. Telkom is still communicating with Russian authorities to get the information of missing satellite.
