Govt hands over the bodies of Sukhoi crash victims

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The bodies of the victims of Sukhoi Superjet 100 crash are officially handed over to their families in a ceremony led by the Minister of Transportation, EE Mangindaan. The Wednesday ceremony held in Halim Perdanakusuma Airport was conducted orderly and attended by invited guests and families. 

The remains were conveyed to their funeral house using 45 ambulance facilitated by Trimarga Company, according to consultant of Trimarga Rekatama, Sunaryo, on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the remains of the journalists from Trans TV, Ismiati and Aditya Sukardi, will be rested in peace in Trans TV office, while the Angkasa’s journalists are in Gramedia building.

The ceremony is also attended by National Search and Rescue and the Ambassadors from Russia, France, and United State. Coordinating Minister of People’s Welfare, Agung Laksono, awarded the volunteers involved in evacuation process
