REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Deputy Chairman of the National Campaign Team (TKN) of presidential candidate number 01, Moeldoko, said his camp wanted to win with big percentage. They did not want to win slightly over the opposition camp.
"The target is around 70 percent," Moeldoko said in Jakarta on Thursday (Feb 14).
Moeldoko who is also presidential chief of staff is optimistic that the target can be achieved. He said, Joko Widodo (Jokowi)-Ma'ruf Amin supporters in all regions also have set the bar high.
During a press conference on Wednesday night (Feb 13), Moeldoko revealed the government camp is in all-out battle mode. Moeldoko said, TKN already mastered gravity center related to the 2019 Presidential election.
Moeldoko said knowledge upon the center of gravity gave the team direction to win this five-year contest. The former TNI Commander said TKN will optimize all of their resources.
Furthermore, Moeldoko said TKN also supported by the readiness of political parties and the militancy of volunteers plus other elements to give voluntary support both spirit, financial, and others. He said that their strength to be used to penetrate segments to its priority.
"That is about how we define all the strengths fully deployed. We want to win with the best percentage, that is what we will do," he said.
