REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has rescheduled a questioning session over Artalyta Suryani or Ayin as a witness in corruption case investigation of paid off certificate (SKL) giving to Indonesian State Trade Bank (BDNI)'s shareholders in 2004 as a fulfillment of the obligation to deliver assets by Bank Indonesia Liquidity Support (BLBI)'s obligor to Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN).
"For Artalyta Suryani, based on a letter received by KPK from her staff, at that time she was sick for a month and needed to take a rest. Rescheduling would be conducted later, around May 2017," said the Spokesperson of KPK Febri Diansyah in Jakarta on Wednesday (May 3).

KPK planned to review her information about the decision making of the investigation case of SKL corruption to Sjamsul Nursalim for Rp 4.8 trillion. It resulted on Rp 3.7 trillion of state loss with Syafruddin Arsyad Tumenggung as the suspect.
KPK also examined the former Loan Work Head of BPPN Dira Kurniawan. "He was examined as former structural official in BPPN who handled BDNI including for ponds management we are investigating. In the BLBI corruption case we also investigate the relation of farmers charging right by the suspect," said him.
KPK has examined the Financial Ministry and Economic Coordinator of 2000-2001 Rizal Ramli on Tuesday (May 2). It was conducted to know the range of time between 2002-2004 to know the detail of the case and the preliminary processes.
