Finally, visitors of Indonesian pavilion in Milan Expo reach 4 million people

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MILAN -- After the closing of Milan World Expo 2015, Indonesian Pavilion had proud achievement. In its closing at 06:00 local time, visitors of Indonesian Pavilion reached more than four million people.

Based on recent data from Indonesian pavilion organizers, the number of visitors reached 4,000,498 people. Whereas, previously with three million visitors, Indonesian pavilion had entered top 10.

While, the closing of Indonesian pavilion was marked by a decrease in red and white flag. The flag which had been flying for six months was officially returned to Indonesia. In addition, rhino statue in Indonesian pavilion was officially granted to Indonesian Museum in Vatican.

Indonesian Ambassador to Italy, August Parengkuan, said that he was touched to see Indonesia Pavilion. It was because he did not think that the Indonesian pavilion could achieve a variety of achievements, such as entered the top 10 largest visitors in World Milan Expo 2015.
