REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- General Secretary of Nasdem Party, Patrice Rio Capella, was named as suspect by Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in the handling of cases in the High Court and the Attorney General.
"Investigators found two preliminary evidences that was sufficient to name PRC as a suspect, as a member of House of Representatives," said KPK Leader, Johan Budi, in KPK, Thursday (15/10).
Johan stated Patrice Rio Capella was allegedly violating Article 12 letter a, letters b or Article II Act No. 31 of 1999 on Corruption Eradication.
"It's about acceptance and delivery, PRC allegedly received gifts or promises," he added.
Previously, Patrice Rio Capella was always mentioned by former North Sumatra Governor, Gatot Pujo Nugroho, and his wife who became suspects in a bribery case of Medan Administrative Court judges and clerk.
