REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Spokesman of Selection Committee Team (Pansel), Betti Alisjahbana, said they have invited reviewers in the second stage selection of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)’s leadership candidates. The reviewers were in charge of evaluating papers written by candidates.
"Paper writing becomes part of the second stage selection of KPK’s leader’s candidates which will be held on Wednesday (July 8). The paper will be written in place with a theme that will be given at that time,"said Betti when contacted by ROL on Tuesday, July 7.
Later, she added, the papers will be evaluated by the reviewers. She claimed that they had invited a number of academics and practitioners from the anti-corruption activists to evaluate the final result of candidate’s papers.
Related to the themes outline that will be the material of paper writing test, Betti said still reluctant to provide explanation. She only stated the paper writing was done after the process of objective tests was completed.
As is known, the numbers of participants test on the second stage of KPK leader’s selection amounted of 194 people. Based on the schedule presented by Pansel, the second stage of the selection process will take place at 10.00 am until 15.30 pm.
The candidates who passed the first stage of KPK leaders selection dominated by lawyers (46 people), employees of private and state-owned enterprises (31 people) and professors (28 people). A total of 23 others came from the law enforcement community, both the prosecutors, the judges and the polices.
A total of four members of KPK and 10 people from among the auditors also passed the selection. Of the total number of candidates who qualify, there were 23 women who enliven the second stage selection of KPK’s leader’s selection.
