President Yudhoyono turns 65 years today

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono turns 65 years today. He got a surprise party from journalists on Tuesday after the inaguration ceremony of the Maternal and Child Health Center at Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital in Jakarta.

President got birthday message written on two chocolate cakes. The journalists write 'Happy Birthday Pak SBY, We Love You.' President Yudhoyono was born in Pacitan, East Java, on September 9, 1949.

President hopes that the future generation can born safely and have a better health insurance. In his speech, President said that he grew up in poor district and remote area in Java. 

"Not all children born on September 9, 1949 survived. Not all mothers who gave birth on September 9 saved at that time," Yudhoyono said.

Indonesian people wrote on Yudhoyono's Twitter account with birthday messages. The First Lady, Ani Yudhoyono also posted a video on her Instagram showing Yudhoyono with his family and conducting his duties.
