REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - The largest private bank in Indonesia, Bank Central Asia (BCA), won 'Euromoney Awards for Excellences (Asia) 2014' for "Best Bank in Indonesia" category, last week.
"We hope the award can motivate and inspire all staff to maintain our excellence in service for all customers," BCA's president director, Jahja Setiaatmadja, said recently.
'Euromoney Awards' is awarded to institutions that have provided best services, innovation and expertise for their customers. This award is the most prestigious award in financial industry for 23 years.
By the end of March 2014, BCA has facilitated banking service to more than 12 million customers through 1,062 branches, 14,115 ATMs and hundreds of thousands of EDCs equipped with internet and mobile banking. This is the second time BCA getting the award. In 2010, BCA won for category of 'Best Local Private Bank in Indonesia.'
