Seven die including foreign tourists following bus crash in Bali

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, DENPASAR -- Seven people, including five foreign tourists, were found dead near Pecatu area, Badung district, Bali, after the tourist bus in which they get into fall to a 20-meters deep of valley here on Monday afternoon.

"We have identified six bodies so far, four are Chinese nationals while the other two are Indonesians. We are still waiting for one more body to be identified," Chief of Forensic Unit at Sanglah hospital in Denpasar city, dr Dudut Rustiadi said here on Monday.

Among the already identified casualties are Agus Bachtiar Usman (driver-male/36 years old), Priscilia Esther Budi Haryono (tourist guide-female/40), Ding Guo Zeng (male/ 52 years old), Qin Ping Tao (male/56), Jin Li Tao (male/55), Bao Serang Liu (male/55).

Earlier the bus was on its way from Suluhan beach (Pecatu area) to Pura Uluwatu. Unfortunately during the journey there was a problem with the bus' engine where it suddenly stops and run backwards. It hit the roadblock and eventually falls into a 20-meters deep valley behind it.
