“All world famous vehicle brands can be encountered throughout the exhibition, including some new brands,” Rizwan Alamsyah said at a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday (17/4/2025) as quoted by Antara.
By April 2025, more than 55 global automotive brands have confirmed they will participate in GIIAS 2025. Exhibitors include vehicle manufacturers, body companies, and supporting automotive product industries.

Body companies Adiputro, Laksana, and Tentrem will also participate in the implementation of GIIAS 2025.
Gaikindo General Chairman Yohannes Nangoi said that the GIIAS is aimed at bringing diverse vehicle options to consumers and encouraging the growth of the motor vehicle industry in Indonesia. He pointed out that today the Indonesian automotive industry has exported its products to more than 90 countries and Indonesia is still an investment magnet for global automotive companies.
“New vehicle brands are still lining up to enter Indonesia,” he said.
“As long as they meet the requirements, regulations and government regulations, Gaikindo views this positively, in order to maintain investment figures, production, and also encourage domestic market activity,” he added.
