REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The price of gold bars of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) monitored from the Metall Mulia website, on Thursday morning, rose to Rp 17.000 per gram and skyrocketed to Rp 1,327,000 per gram.
Previously, the price of gold bars was at the position of Rp1,310,000 per gram on Wednesday (1/5/2024). As for the resale (buyback) price of gold bars on Thursday, namely Rp 1,220,000 per gram.
Sales price transactions are subject to tax deduction, in accordance with PMK No. 34/PMK.10/2017. The resale of gold bars to PT Antam Tbk with a nominal value of more than IDR 10 million, is subject to VAT 22 of 1.5 percent for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP. PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total value of the buyback.

- Price of 1,000 grams of gold: IDR 1,267,600.000
Tax deduction for the purchase price of gold in accordance with PMK No. 34/PMK.10/2017, purchases of gold bars are subject to VAT 22 of 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP. Each purchase of gold bullion is accompanied by a proof of deduction of PPh 22.
