Based on the information attached to the monument, the C300 Yellow Kebo Locomotive was brought from Schoema, Germany, in 1963. Kebo Kuning in Javanese means yellow-colored buffalo. The locomotive is C300 series which means it has 3 hydraulic driving wheels.
The locomotive had a length of 4,560 millimetres, a width of 1,760 millimetres, a height of 2,860 millimetres, and a diesel engine power of 100 horse power (HP). On 13 February 2024, the locomotive was brought from Yasa Tegal Hall to Purwokerto Station to be used as a monument.
