Then, TransJakarta will also rearrange the feeder bus waiting room to conform to the standard with TransJakarta stops in general. “Obviously, the building must be comfortable, shaded, air-conditioned so that customers do not overheat or rain,” Daud said.

Third, TransJakarta plans to add feeder bus routes to make it easier for residents of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek) to travel. However, Daud has not been able to convey the route of addition in more detail because at the moment his side with the Jabodetabek Transport Management Agency (BPTJ) is still formulating a good system.

“Well that's the feeder that this year was reorganized on routes from Depok, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, there are eight district cities that we have to serve around Jakarta. So that with this we can add 90 percent of the total 2024 target from the previous three activities,” Daud said.

TransJakarta will improve and add something that makes customers more interested and comfortable to use buses to various destinations. Of course, there needs to be a combination of factors from government policy and interesting factors within TransJakarta.

“When it is convenient at the bus stop, the route is already affordable with the location of residence and work, feeder buses begin to operate in all corridors. This can later arouse people's motivation to use buses,” Daud said.

Earlier, President Director of PT Transportasi Jakarta (TransJakarta) Welfizon Yuza said PT TransJakarta is collaborating with the Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD) in the neighborhood of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to reach the target of 340 million passengers by 2024.

“It is not separate from efforts to tackle pollution and congestion in the capital,” Welfizon said during a discussion on the corporation's performance in 2023 at DKI City Hall, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (16/1/2024). The number of TransJakarta customers during 2023, which reached 280 million customers, encouraged DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in delivering the target customer to TransJakarta in 2024 to 340 million customers.
