REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Vice presidential candidate Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno held a meeting with DKI Jakarta Governor's Team for the Acceleration of Development (TGUPP) on Tuesday (Sept 11) night. Sandiaga needed to know whether he still has responsibilities related to his programs when serving as Jakarta deputy governor.
According to Sandiaga, one of the responsibilities that has been questioned was about umrah (minor hajj) prize for 40,000 registrants of One District One Center of Entrepreneurship (OK OCE) program. In addition, the prize also offered to registrants of OK OTRIP and zero percent down-payment housing scheme program.
“I ask whether it is my responsibility, such as umrah prize for 40,000 OK OCE program registrants, because at that time, I served as Jakarta deputy governor. The team assures that those are the Jakarta Provincial Government's obligation,” said Sandiaga on Tuesday (Sept 11).
Sandiaga stressed he need the affirmation related to the program, so there would be no outstanding. He expected DKI Jakarta TGUPP could realize the work programs that he had done with Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
“I believe from TGUPP team that all the programs will be carried out and nothing will be delayed,” Sandiaga said.
Sandiaga asked Jakarta people to not worry with Anies performance. He said the governor has a qualified team to work to improve public services in Jakarta.
