REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Golkar Party politician Idrus Marham ensured that he will meet Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summon. He was summoned as witness in an alleged bribery case in Riau-1-coal-fired power plant (PLTU) construction project.
"I'm ready to meet KPK summon," said Idrus on Wednesday (July 18).
Idrus said he will meet KPK summon based on schedule that the anti-graft institution gave. However, he refused to give detail of the exact time.
KPK has scheduled examination for Idrus and State Electricity Company (PLN) president director Sofyan Basir this week. Both of them will be examined as witnesses in investigation of alleged bribery case in Riau-1 coal-fired power plant construction project.
“After conducting the search in 8 locations, KPK plans examination for witnesses Idrus and Sofyan on next July 20,” said KPK spokesperson Febri Diansyah.
To reveal the case, KPK searched some locations since July 15 to 16. KPK has searched Sofyan’s house in Central Jakarta. After that, KPK also searched Golkar Party lawmaker Eni Maulani Saragih house and properties of Johannes Budisutrisno Kotjo.
In alleged Riau-1 coal-fired power plant construction project bribery case, KPK has named Eni along with Johannes as suspects.

Eni as alleged bribe collector is suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or Article 12 letter b or Article 11 Law No. 31/1999 as amended by Law No. 20/2001 on Eradication Corruption, also Article 64 paragraph (1) Criminal Code (KUHP).
Meanwhile. Johannes as alleged bribe giver is suspected violated Article 5 paragraph 1 letter a or letter b or article 13 Law No. 31/1999 as amended by Law No. 20/2001 on Eradication Corruption, also Article 64 paragraph (1) Criminal Code (KUHP).
