"I hope the mosque development in New York markS the beginning of Indonesia's community contribution to the world," said man who usually called as Aher when giving a speect at One Heart Concert on Sunday (Feb 4) night.
Aher assessed preacher Imam Shamsi Ali's dream must be realized by all Muslims in Indonesia. It could not be the leader of Islamic Center New York's work alone.
"He (Imam Shamsi Ali) wants to build Islamic Boarding School in New York and Muslims residents in the US are not as many as in Indonesia. So, let's make it happen," Aher added.
