REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Lawyer Eggy Sudjana has denied accusation against his involvement in Saracen group. He was upset to find his name listed as the group advisor.
Eggy who is now at the Holy Land for hajj pilgrimage, sent his lawyer, Razman Arief Nasution, to represent him to National Police office. Razman has filed a police report on Monday (August 28).
According to Razman, Eggy has explained that his name was listed without permission. After giving clarification and observing recent situation, Eggy decided to made a police report against Jasriadi as chairman of Saracen, Dedy Mawardi as chairman of legal affairs Seknas Joko Widodo and social media activists Ulin Yusro and Sunny Tanuwidjaja.
Jasriadi was reported for listing Eggy's name in the Saracen syndicate structure. It was done by the advice of Rizal Kobar.
Meanwhile, Dedy was reported for saying he was 99 percent sure that Eggy involved in Saracen group and asking the police to question Eggy.
"His words was very provocative, he said "support the National police chief to eradicate Saracen group, to take strong action against who ever involved in the group, including Eggy Sudjana," Razman said.
Eggy also reported Sunny Tanuwidjaya for allegation to fund website Seword.com who wrote Eggy is Saracen's advisor and urged the police to arrest him.
Saracen group made several Facebook accounts, namely Saracen News, Saracen Cyber Team and Saracennewscom. The group is accused to spread hate speech of ethnicity, religion, race, and and inter-group relations has 800 thousand followers.
The Cyber Crime Unit of National Police have arrest three suspects of group administrator on early August. The Saracen group was established in November 2015.
