REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Jakarta Metro Police Chief Mochamad Iriawan stated the site baladacintarizieq.com was originated from a server based in the United States of America. The pornographic content alleged as Habib Rizieq Shihab and Firza Husein steamy conversation was uploaded by Anonymous.

"We faced difficulty in tracking spreader of the content," he said at his office on Thursday.

Iriawan said Indonesian police needed to coordinate with local authority to track spreader the content and the owner of site baladacintarizieq.com.

"So far, we have worked with six experts on information technology to search for clue of the site maker," he explained.

From the legal aspect, the perpetrators of the spread of pornographic content will be ensnared a number of articles on the Law No. 11/2008 ITE and its amendment to Law No. 19/2016. Meanwhile, the perpetrators of pornography can be caught in one of the articles of the Law of Pornography No. 44/2008.
