REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Firza Husein was schedulled to be examined as a witness of Habib Muhammad Rizieq Shihab's case on Wednesday (June 7). According to her lawyer, Azis Yanuar, his client has asked it to be postponed. 

"It was scheduled by Special Crime Directorate of Jakarta Metro Police today. But, we asked to postpone," said Azis on Wednesday.  

Spokesperson of Jakarta Metro Police Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono also confirmed the information. Firza had sent a letter to postpone the examination. 

"For medical reason, she cannot come," said Argo. 

Argo said to make a reschedule next week.  

Yesterday, Fatimah Hussein Assegaf or Kak Emma was summoned as a witness. But, she did not come for the same reason to Firza's. The examination on her would also be rescheduled next week.  

Special Crime Directorate of Jakarta Metro Police have named Habib Rizieq as a suspect of steamy conversation case on May 29.  He was charged with article 4 verse 1 juncto article 29 and or article 6 juncto article 32 and or article 9 juncto article 35 of Law No. 44 in 2008 on Pornography. 

Firza Husein was also been named as a suspect on the same case on Tuesday (May 16). The case emerged when a steamy conversation was spread through a website baladacintarizieq. Recently the site could not be accessed. The conversation also included some pics of nude Firza.
