REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The Board of Advokat Peduli Ulama (APU) reported a dangdut singer Inul Daratista to Jakarta Metro Police for her accusation to a man wearing turban. Her statement posted in her personal Instagram account was argued as an insult to ulema.
Inul was reported on Monday (March 27) for allegedly violating Article 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code and Article 28 of the Law of Information and Electronic Transaction. The Head of Public Relations of Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono said there was no progress of the case.

"Yesterday, the lawyer (of APU) came to the Jakarta Metro Police headquarter to report Inul. But the evidence was not completed, so they should be back later,” said Argo on Thursday (March 30).
Argo said Dahlia Zein as the rapporteur have not came back to Jakarta Metro Police headquarter to submit the complete report. Therefore, the police had not send any invitation to Inul for investigation.
“She had not been invited as the report had not been completed,” said Argo.
