REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Attorney General HM Prasetyo said he has no problem with the absence of a presidential decree appointing a new Deputy Attorney General to replace Andhi Nirwanto, who resigned at the end of January.

"What is important is that we have good performance," he said here on Friday.

Prasetyo said the Junior Attorney General for Civil and State Administrative Affairs Bambang Waluyo is concurrently acting deputy attorney general.

He further said he has proposed a number of candidates for the post of Vice Attorney General to President Joko Widodo.

"Let us wait and see what it looks like. Don't hurry," he said.
