The statement is denied the concerns of many people who think BCN does not need to be formed because any of function and its role which is likely to overlapped with other existing institutions. Although, the establishment of BCN recommended by Lemhannas to the President on August 19, 2014. Therefore, Agus encourage BCN formed as soon as possible with the main function as a coordinator so it does not need Human Resources (HR) in large quantities. Meanwhile, operational and technical implementation will be under the institution / organization authority in the cyber area.

"If some authority and roles has not been handled, then the agency (BCN) can take over the role and authority," he said.
