REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The Indonesian Embassy in Kiev, Ukraine, will promote Indonesian products at an event called "Windows of Indonesia" (WTI) in Tbilisi, Georgia from April 13 to 16, according to the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday.
The Indonesian Embassy in Kiev for the first time will hold WTI. The event will be held in conjunction with the Caucasus Tourism Fair held from April 14 to 16, 2016.
The integrated exhibition will feature the best of the products and services that Indonesia offers in the fields of tourism, craft, furniture, agribusiness and others.
The promotion event aims at expanding the business network and opening up new opportunities for Indonesian businesses nationwide.
Businessmen in Georgia will be able to know more about and explore the leading services and products of Indonesia directly.
The exhibition will showcase the Indonesian products, especially in the tourism sector, introducing these to the people of Georgia and the Caucasus region.
The WTI 2016 will open on April 13 with a seminar. It will be followed by a business meeting between Indonesian and Georgian businessmen.
The Directorate General of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, Euis Saedah, and the Trade Attache of the Indonesian Embassy in Moscow, Heryono Hadi Prasetyo, will deliver a presentation at the seminar.
The speakers will talk about Indonesia's trade policies and opportunities for cooperation that could be improved and developed further, particularly in the field of small and medium industries.
Seven Indonesian companies will participate in the event and will showcase their best products at the Indonesian booth.
