REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Minister of Tourism Arief Yahya apreciate 'Festival Pesona Cirebon' that start on 31 March to 2 April.

"Festival Pesona Cirebon is a collaboration between cultural value or culture values that strong due to Kasepuhan Cirebon as cultural, arts, and culinary center with commercial value as manage activity that attract many tourists," Arief said on Saturday.

According to Arief, Cirebon very perfect as tourism destination. Cirebon become vital city and cross center economy flow in outside Java.

He explained Cirebon already have strong cultural. So, there is no need to doubt the attraction from this side.

But the culture itself is not enough, have to find the commercial values so that can produce harmonize combination. This will make Cirebon as one of the best destination.

"Furthermore the distance with the capital city, tourism market center is very near," Arief said.
