REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Sinarmas Land Group cooperates with the state-owned Bank BNI in offering financial assistance to those wanting to own an apartment in strategic location of Rasuna Said, namely apartment "The Elements."
In a press statement here on Saturday, the BNI said the cooperation with Sinarmas was the first of its kind in channeling Apartment Ownership Credit (KPA) for high-rise building which followed previous cooperation agreements on landed-house property type.
The BNI and Sinarmas Land Group cooperation was marked by the signing of an agreement on the BNI Griya Facility for "The Elements" apartment project at the The Elements' Marketing Gallery on Saturday.
The function was attended by BNI Consumer Banking Director Anggoro Eko Cahyo and Chief Financial Officer of Sinarmas Land Group Lie Jani Harjanto.
Anggoro said the BNI and Sinarmas Land Group cooperation is a mutually beneficial deal for both sides. The BNI Griya Facility that will finance an apartment in "The Elements" is expected to facilitate prospective consumers to buy luxury units of the apartment built in one of Jakarta's most strategic locations, namely in the Rasuna Said area.
Through BNI Griya's KPA, consumers will find it easier to buy "The Elements" units which are sold for Rp3.7 billion to Rp10 billion each. BNI and Sinarmas will provide finance facilities at low and fixed interest rate of 5.7 percent per annum.
For the next phase in the second year, buyers will still be able to avail of the low interest facility in a range of 8.7 percent and 10.7 percent.
"With this cooperation, we are optimistic that we will mutually benefit. The program will make it easier for BI customers, especially BNI Emerald customers, to obtain information on quality property products of developer Sinarmas Land, while Sinarmas Land's consumers will also be able to access finance from BNI Griya," Anggoro said.
