Kalijodo shut down, VP asks Jakarta govt to follow rules

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Vice President Jusuf Kalla asks government to follow the rules properly related to Kalijodo issue. "The important thing is follow the rules properly," said JK on Tuesday (16/2).

If some civilian protest about the Kalijodo shut down, JK said, it is civil aspirations. According to JK, local civilian wants pre-dissemination process before relocation.

"I think not protecting, but they hope disseminated, given time [for relocation]," said JK.

Previously, DKI Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama wants to relocate civilian in Kalijodo. He said the area is state property.
