REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BAKU -- Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev signed an order Jan. 18 on additional measures to promote exports of non-oil products.

“In recent years, there have been significant achievements in development of the non-oil sector, which is the main driving force of the economy. Its share in GDP began to prevail, and the production of competitive goods with high export potential has expanded,” the order said, quoted from Trend News Agency.

The decision to issue the order was made with an aim to promote exports of non-oil products, increase production and export of non-oil products, improve the opportunities to access the traditional and new markets, and expand favorable conditions in this area.
