ISIS had ever given a warning to Indonesia: Police

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Head of Public Relations of Police Headquarters Inspector General of Police Anton Charliyan said, extremist groups ISIS ever give a warning to Indonesia. In the warning ISIS stated that Indonesia would be international highlights.

Even so, there could not be confirmed yet, whether ISIS was behind the bomb blast in Sarinah, Thamrin, Jakarta, Thursday (14/1).

"We can not ensure yet, but ISIS once gave warning to Indonesia," he said, Thursday (14/1).

The police deployed a complete team, including Brimob, bomb squad, Detachment team, and Health team. The perpetrators, said Anton, was driving a motorcycle and also armed. Sarinah Thamrin area and Djakarta Theater was being sterilized by the bomb squad.
