Toto's Film Making Class provides training classes for youth

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Toto's Film Making Class is a filmmaking training classes organized by CGV Blitz. The training covered all aspects of filmmaking from beginning to end. It was starting with searching of ideas, making story board of story scriptwriting, using camera techniques, editing, and marketing the film.

Since 2013, Toto's Making Class had been held for five times. This activity was followed by at least 200 students from various high school in Jakarta.

There had been 24 works produced by each team in Toto's Film Making Class. These works would be competed at Toto's Film Festival 2015 held at CGV Blitz Grand Indonesia on 26th to 27th October.

One of the participants in Toto's Film Making Class, Shenina S. Cinnamon from SMK 51 team said the activity was very helpful and pleasant. She was able to know very well tasks that must be done of each member of the team in a film project.

"Previously, I do not know the duty of director and producer. In Toto's Film Making Class I understand the details of duty to produce a film," said Shenina.

After following Toto's Film Making Class, Shenina and her friends in SMK 51 team also planned to continue to make films. The idea of the film was based on things that exist around them.

"We will make other short films. We are happy to join Toto's Film Making Class, because it is useful," Shenina added.
