REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Youth and Sports Ministry (Kemenpora) immediately registered to appeal against the judge’s verdict of the administrative court (PTUN), on Tuesday, July 14. The Ministry’s Attorney Faisal Abdullah said that the ministry objected to the judge's verdict.
"We directly register an appeal," said Faisal Abdullah in PTUN, on Tuesday, July 14. Faisal asserted that PTUN’s reasons for winning PSSI were unacceptable. Even the ministry also rejected all references of judge in deciding the case.
By filing an appeal to PTUN, the decree (SK) of PSSI Freezing has not been revoked. The ministry could still hold the decree until the appeal was completed.
In the trial of verdict about the freezing decree in PTUN, on Tuesday, July 14. The presiding judge, Ujang Abdullah stated that all of ministry’s exception in the previous trial was rejected. While the closing argument of the PSSI who sued ministry was entirely acceptable.
One exception was rejected by PTUN was the deadline of warning letter from the first to the third that were too short. According to the judge, short deadlines it had violated professional and perform acts of arbitrariness.
