REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Secretary of the Democrats Party faction, Didik Mukrianto confirmed that on this time its fractions did not have a certain attitude about the proposal of Electoral District Development Program (UP2DP). Democrats will take an act if the formulation about UP2DP already been discussed.

It means, the party will wait to see if five conditions proposed by Chairman of the Democrats, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) will be fulfill in the formulation or not.

"If in the discussion, five conditions proposed by Mr. SBY is not accommodated, the Democrats will refuse," said Didik in parliament complex, Senayan  on Wednesday, June 24.

Didik added, it was still waiting for the technical formulation of UP2DP discussions between the Parliament and the government. According to him, UP2DP was not necessarily applied by the government. If the government did not have the same view about this UP2DP, then these aspirations program could not run.

Surely, said Commission III members of the House of Representatives (DPR), the Democrats were not going to propose program if the discussion of UP2DP has not really finished. Democrats cadre will not promise anything that has not been fulfilled by the constituents in his constituency.

"It is impossible to promise something to the community if we can not run it," said Didik.
