REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- A member of Commission III of the House of Representatives (DPR) Arsul Sani said the police must find the evidence that could prove Margareth’s involvement in the Angeline’s murder. For example, with the discovery of the fingerprint that will strengthen the allegation if she also masterminded the murder of eight year old girl.
"If Agus admitted there was no Margaret involvement, it certainly could not trap her, they needed at least one other evidences e.g. fingerprint," said Arsul via text message to ROL on Sunday, June 14.
If the evidence had been found, then Margareth status will be clear. For the moment this case continued confusing because it was only based on allegations of irregularities. Police should continue to conduct investigations that this case could be more clearly whom the perpetrator and anyone who was involved in it.
He said, if it was true Margareth’s role in the Angeline’s murder, then she could face jail sentences of up to 20 years. Angeline reported to murdered and buried in her house yard near the chicken cage. Currently, the Bali Regional Police had set status of murder suspect to security guard of Margareth’s house, Agus.
