REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Chairman of central executive board (DPP) of Golkar Party from Ancol’s congress, Agun Gunandjar Sudarsa said the internal disputes of Golkar Party were about power, so it should be solved internally.

"Related to main case of the validity of national congress, who are better to understand the terms of legitimate national congress which constituted under party’s rules (AD/ART)? Related to the integrity and sustainability of the organization, who had a sense of ownership and responsibility for maintaining the existence of Golkar? Is it Party Court or the State Court?” Agun said, on Monday, May 25.

Agun continued, until the verdict of Golkar party court which won the management of Ancol’s National Congress and validated by decree of Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Aburizal Bakrie’s camp and his colleagues still did not want reconciliation and preferred to sue it to the administrative court in Jakarta and North Jakarta District Court.

In fact, he said, the judges of internal court (MPG) in the formulation of the decision were very wise and prudent to focus on the integrity of organization. It was ordered to accommodate the management of Bali’s National Congress with the certain criteria, such as achievement, dedication, loyalty and not reprehensible (PDLT).

"But in fact, Ical and his friends refused it and still considered the Party Court did not make any decision," he added.

Earlier, General Chairman of Golkar Party of Bali’s congress, Aburizal Bakrie had just had a meeting with Jusuf Kalla to discuss possibilities of peaceful settlement of Golkar to allow the party taking part on simultaneous local elections (Pilkada).
