REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MUKOMUKO -- The Central Government will build six fish landing centers in the regency of Mukomuko, Bengkulu, this year.

The landing center will be built in Bandar Ratu, Pasar Bantal, Sungai Muar , Talang Rio and Padang Panaek.

The locations were selected based on their fishery potentials and support from local fishermen, an official of the regional marine and fisheries office Rahmad, said here on Tuesday.

The locations could be changed after evaluation held every five years , Rahmad said.

He said the plan to build the six fish landing centers was based on proposals from local fishermen , he said.
