REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Jokowi's volunteer coordinator, Rio Sarwono said that they would oversee the new government led by President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo. The number of Jokowi's volunteers in Indonesia reaches 20 million people.

"We will guard Jokowi's government in all aspects. If something goes wrong, we will report it," Sarwono said recently.

According to him, all volunteers have the role to win Jokowi-Kalla in 2014 presidential election.

"We want to join Jokowi in making Indonesia's dignify," Sarwono added.

One of Jokowi's volunteers, Wahyudi Gunawan said that he was grateful to see Jokowi's presidential inaguration.

"We saw the political dynamics some time ago. But, thanks to political communication carried out by Jokowi, everything could be resolved," Gunawan.

Jokowi's volunteers carried out many celebrations in several places. Gunawan said that he and friends held a victory celebration at Waroeng Solo, South Jakarta. The event performed a number of artists, such as The Titans, Cockpit and Yon Koeswoyo 'Koes Ploes.'

It was spontaneous event as a party of the people in the largest democratic country in the world. Jokowi and his vice president, Jusuf Kalla was installed as head of state by the Assembly on Monday.
