REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, TANGERANG -- Activities at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport has returned to normal since 9 a.m. after a fire at the 2F international terminal early Thursday morning, according airport's spokesman Yudis Tiawan.

"Activities at the airport are back to normal although some firemen and security personnel are still in the fire location," said Yudis.

According to Yudis, the fire happened at a fast food restaurant at terminal 2F. The fire forced the airport authority to move passengers to safer place as firemen came to extinguish the fire.
