OJK to regulate the Islamic capital market roadmap

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is preparing a roadmap of Islamic capital market. It is expected to be guidance to all parties to develop Islamic capital market in Indonesia.

"We are making Islamic capital market roadmap for next five years," OJK's Board of Commissioners of Capital market, Nurhaida said recently as reported by Satya Festiani.

Nurhaida said that development of Islamic financial service was more integrated in OJK, including bank and non-bank financial industry, capital market, as well as sharia financial. Therefore, OJK will be easier to create a synergy among the three financial sectors.
