REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Indonesian national team U-19 coach Indra Sjafrie expressed his optimism toward Indonesias World Cup qualification after the national teams achievement at the Asian Cup.

"We beat South Korea, which was 12 times Asian Cup winner. We have planned several programs and exhibition matches. It is just about beliefs," Coach Indra Safrie stated after being awarded best coach from Indonesia Olympics Committee in Jakarta on Friday.

After a tour to ten cities across Indonesia, Sjafrie plans Indonesian national team exhibitions to Middle East and Europe to improve the teams abilities.

"The tour to the Middle East will continue after touring all around Indonesia. Through the previous tours, we have found alternative solutions. Now, we know who will substitutes someone if he cannot play. We will take this experience to the Middle East and Europe tours," he added.

According to Sjafrie, an exhibition match is divided into three levels namely against the lighter, equal and heavier teams. From these exhibitions, Sjafrie can judge how to face a team at each level.

"We have planned different kinds of exhibitions. If we want to be a great team, we must also be against a great team too," he explained then added that he knows his team well. So, he is optimistic that the Indonesian national team will go to the World Cup.
