Government abolished the previous regulation the use the Presidential Decree No. 36/2013 instead after some assessment on investment climate in Indonesia. Government then decided the investment to restricted on six horticulture businesses on seeding, cultivation, processing industry, business research, and quality control laboratory. The decree also regulates agro horticulture tourism and some other services.
