REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Low cost airline, PT Citilink Indonesia cooperates with minimarket chains PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomart), to sell the airline ticket. CEO Citilink, Arif Wibowo saw the growing demands for people to buy ticket by online, ATM, and now the minimarket chains like Indomart.

"We have stores across the country including in eastern Indonesia. We believe this partnership will help people to buy our airline ticket at Indomart stores," Wibowo said on Friday.

The online system allows data processing and instant verification via booking code to confirm the payment in realtime. Citilink currently operates 24 fleets serving 22 domestic routes in 20 destinations in various cities in Indonesia everyday.

Marketing Director of Indomart, Wiwiek Yusuf said that this service had been on trial in Indomart since the beginning of January 2014.

"We are optimistic that with more than 8,900 Indomart stores, the number of transactions will continue to increase," Yusuf said.
