Telkom offers its Speedy instant card in Malaysia

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, KUALA LUMPUR - State owned telecommunications operator, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) sells Speedy instant card in Malaysia. The card with Indonesian content is expected to bring closer Indonesians working in Malaysia to their home country. 

"Speedy instant card in Malaysia is marketed with prices of 2 RM, 3 RM, 5 RM and 30 RM," Executive General Manager of Consumer Service Division, Suparwiyanto said recently.

The card has Indonesian contents, including Indonesian songs and movies. CEO of Telin Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Oki Wiranto said that the sales of cards would add product value in Malaysia, especially for Indonesian migrant workers and local people who also like the Indonesian content. 

Wiranto hopes in the future Indonesian migrant workers who use Speedy can use the card for paying electricity or water bills in Indonesia. 

Speedy instant card is also equipped with Uzone content, to facilitate virtual meeting between Indonesians working in Malaysia and their families in Indonesia.
