BRI ready to support BPJS program

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- State owned PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) expressed its readiness to success Social Security Program (BPJS) on January 1, 2014. BRI Corporate Secretary, Muhammad Ali said that there were more than 99 thousand companies and 100 thousands participants who had signed up as participants of BPJS Health.

"This program involves government and people welfare. Therefore, BRI is ready to deploy more than 9,800 working units and 18 thousand ATM machines across Indonesia. We are ready to support the registration of participants," Ali said recently.

There are also 13 thousand citizens of 186 thousand companies who had signed BPJS Employment. BRI also deployed 100 thousand workers supported by Information System Technology to remote areas.

To maximize BPJS services, bank will open 116 service locations. BPJS participants can take advantages on service units, ATMs, internet banking and premium payment in BRI.
