After the first hearing of his trial at Jakarta Corruption Court, Rubiandini suddenly held a press conference.

"Yes, I accepted bribes. It was because some pressures from stakeholders that forced me to do it," Rubiandini said recently.

However, he refused to name the stakeholders. He just confirmed that he was forced to accept a gratification to meet the needs of parties. When providing his information, Rubiandini cried. He said that the money did not flow to him or accounts of his families.

"I did not take even one rupiah. I did not accept the money and gave it to my family," he added.

Rubiandini is threatened imprisonment for 20 years. He was firstly cached in his home in South Jakarta. KPK confiscated money worth 400 thousand USD. Commission also detained Rubiandini's golf coach (Deviardi) and Commissioner of PT Kernel Oil Pte Ltd (Simon Gunawan Tanjaya). Tanjaya was found guilty as bribe giver and sentenced to three years in prison and a fine of 200 million IDR.
