REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Former deputy governor of Jakarta, Prijanto came to Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) building. He reported his former colleague, former governor of Jakarta, Fauzi Bowo -popularly known as Foke - over a case of disputed land at BMW Park, Jakarta.

"Yes, he was. He was alleged to have caused state losses," Prijanto said on Thursday.

Prijanto explained that he reported the case now as he just knew it after he has no longer served as deputy governor of Jakarta. When he was deputy governor, Foke said that BMW Park was a social facility and public facility of developers who has been submitted as city government assets. Assets value of BMW Park is worth 730 billion IDR. 

Prijanto ever asked Foke about the land certificate. In an official reports was written that there was a transfer land in Papanggo village, North Jakarta with an area of 26 hectares. However, in the attachments, there are only five land areas about which only has totaled of 12 hectares. Prijanto said that Foke has lied to public.
