REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SURABAYA -- East Java provincial government will develop mini schools in 200 boarding schools in 38 districts and cities. Governor of East Java, Soekarwo hopes that students can get more knowledge as well as skills provision.

"This is an initial phase. We will increase its number," Soekarwo said last weekend.

Mini school is important because a good moral person must be skilled, so it is not easy fooled by others for negative actions. Soekarwo said that current model of education at Islamic boarding school is the best in the world. In science for example, students also receive religious knowledge as preparation in afterlife.
