REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Indonesian woman's single badminton player, Linda Wenifanetri meets Li Xuerui, China's world number one in third round of 2013 World Championship Indoor Tianhe Gymnasium, China. It is the fourth time for both to meet.
In three meetings before, Li won 2-1. This time Wenifanetri secured a ticket to third round after easy won over Spaniard Beatriz Corrales with a score of 21-12 and 21-11.
"In the first game, my intention is to play as good as possible. I had been trying to pull out my own game," Wenifanetri said on Thursday.
Wenifanetri now sits in 11th in the world rank, is favored to win this game. Indonesia still has one more representative of new woman's single, Bellaetrix Manuputty who will be challenged by host player, Wang Yihan.
